I'm taking the easy route and emailing you with the feedback following Sunday's BBQ!

Just to say we were delighted with both the service provided by BigRoast and the quality of the roast provided by Andreas. In fact my eldest son who used Big Roast for a BBQ last year reckoned the pork 'was even better' this time around. What more need I say?

I recently got the Big Roast in for my wife's 40th birthday and found the whole experience absolutely excellent. Gary, who dealt with all the questions and setting up the detail of what we required, was very approachable and friendly and I felt that he really wanted to help make the party go down well - rather than giving me the hard sell on all their products. On the day the 2 guys (Ned and Christian) arrived perfectly on time and were very well presented and polite. They set up without any problems at the end of our garden and served the food at the exact time we'd asked for. We also used Christian as our waiter and he was absolutely excellent at getting amongst our friends serving them with drinks - it really made a big difference to our party and how much we could enjoy it by just relaxing and letting them get on with it. I couldn't recommend the Big Roast more highly.

The whole experience was excellent. Ricky was professional, polite and efficient. He arrived on time, carried out the whole process without any fuss, and left the place spotless when he went. Everyone agreed the food was fantastic and we look forward to the next Big Roast experience!

The event in the Queen’s Chapel of the Savoy garden went extremely well on Sunday last. The chef, food and equipment arrived just as planned and all was set up within minutes. The wonderful smell of pork loins slowly turning over hot charcoal added to what was already a welcoming atmosphere. We had just the right amount of tasty food for the 100 people that attended, and it was served with skill at the exact time that it was needed. I have received nothing but very positive feedback about the occasion.

Well done all at Big Roast – I am sure we will be seeing you again.

I would highly recommend you, as it was great food, well presented. Ricky provided an excellent service on the day as did yourself in the booking. It was so popular I didn't have to ask people of they wanted seconds - they just helped themselves. The only reason i would give you 4.5 out of 5 is that the tomato and basil tart tasted much better warm and if i had known i would have heated on the day for the guests.

The Hog Roast was amazing.

Ricky arrived bang on time to set up quickly and efficiently - he was a really nice guy and we had a great chat whilst he was doing this. The food was served promptly and it was nothing short of excellent with many of our guests enjoying seconds! Our 10 week old twins slept through the lot but we will tell them how good their welcome party was!

Will was amazing a really nice chatty helpful capable young chef who came in with an air of calm when I was feeling very stressed ! I cannot say enough about how great Big Roast are. From Gary on the phone telling me a hog wasn't quite right for my event to the chef on the day, everything was handled professionally and I felt at ease the whole time. I booked Big Roast to cater for my 30th birthday party at a bar in Battersea. From my initial call with Gary through to Ricky cooking the meat on the night, I knew I was in good hands. The hog was amazing. Everyone said it was the best crackling they'd ever had and I have to agree. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for this sort of catering. The men all hovered around while it was cooking, beer in hand. It was amazing! Thanks again Big Roast.

Your Chef Andres (?spelling) was extremely efficient ,polite & courteous. We really could not find fault with the catering…without exception our guests commented on the quality of the lamb and pork. Hi Gary, A quick note to express our thanks for your help in the planning and Will’s on the day for the roast we had on 27 May. Your advice on the ordering of our roast was spot on and as you’d guided Will managed the day without a glitch. Thank you very much for a wonderful Big Roast. All my guests thought the meat was delicious. The Chef, Stephen, was great, even offering to help with other preparations whilst the meat was cooking before guests arrived – leaf removal from the pond at the end of my garden much appreciated!! Nev was our Big Roast guy for the afternoon. He was on time and very polite, professional and friendly. We opted for the Pork and Lamb option of which both were delicious. Our event was a welcome to our 40 staff as we had recently moved our Warehouse location. The feedback from the staff was very positive and a great evening was had by all. Everything was packed away leaving no mess behind. The booking staff was very helpful and informative especially Gary who kindly guided me through step by step and advised me with no pressure. Overall, I will be telling everyone one about how great the Big Roast team is and recommending them for future events
