"Hope you don't mind my adding my comments to Valerie’s regarding Saturday 12th June. If I had any reservations they were dispersed as soon as I met Leon – wonderfully Antipodean & laid back! He said it would be a success, & I never had any doubts he was right.

People with greater experience than ours of hog roasts all reckoned this was one of the best [@ least 2 reckon they will use you if the chance arises]. As for Sophie – I reckon half the men present fell instantly in love with her!

They both added so much to the evening by their sheer professionalism – please add my thanks to those of Valerie. My thanks again to you & all the Big Roast team for adding so much to our special night."
