In Spring 2011 we expanded and established Big Roast Essex – our first venture outside London. Our focus is on quality and taste. We only use the finest local meat - award-winning free-range Blythburgh pigs and wonderful lamb from Spring Hill farm. Even our bread is freshly baked in a lovely bakery in Hadleigh and our delicious salads and vegetarian options are freshly prepared using the finest ingredients.
No event is too small or too big – we have catered for events from 20 – 1000 people! When you hire Big Roast Essex, you can leave the hard work to us – we’ll cook, serve and then clean up , leaving you to enjoy your event!
