Since Big Roast started in 2006 we have gained many loyal, satisfied customers. We started this section on 8th January 2009 to reassure customers who are purchasing from us about our product and service – this is not updated as regularly as our blog entries which we encourage customers to look at to get a better idea of our events and customer feedback.

“Previous experiences of corporate catering involved much ‘brown’ i.e. high carbohydrate, high fat food. Quite dull and uninspiring. A recent divisional ‘bash’ therefore led me to explore the world of Hog Roasts.

The BigRoast site revealed that hog roasts were actually the tip of the iceberg. Offering mixed menus and tailored to customer requirements, BigRoast helped to achieve that challenge of pleasing everyone all the time!

The food was perfect – a wonderful mixture of meats and accompanying salads. Luckily there was loads to go round as everyone had seconds and some ‘hogs’ even went for thirds! Everyone said it was fantastic food- you don’t normally get such an enthusiastic reception with sausage rolls and quiche!

Regarding ‘behind scenes’ customer service, BigRoast were not only extremely efficient in their set up, cooking and serving (as would be expected by demanding customers!), but they were also very friendly and calm – everything was done with a genuine smile. BigRoast staff went out of their way to make things go smoothly- even as far as helping with last minute decorations.
