Our Silver Packages provide your guests with a great selection of varied salads tocompliment either of the pork or lamb options. The packages can cater for up to 80 guests, and are bound to ensure everyone goes away from the event with a full stomach.
All of our Silver Packages include a delicious selection of salads, freshly prepared by our Leith’s trained chef: a summer salad combining mixed leaves and a selection of tender seasonal vegetables with a balsamic dressing, a new potato salad with a light and fresh herb and lemon vinaigrette and a delicious coleslaw
Also included are all the plates, cutlery, rolls and sauces you will need for a successful event, and of course one of our trained chefs to prepare, cook and serve the meat.

Lamb roasts are a quicker affair than roasting a whole hog – and customers should allow around 4-5 hours from our arrival until everyone has been served. A normal lamb roast event takes the following structure –
- We arrive about 4-5 hours before serving.
- After our initial set up, loins take around 2 hours to be cooked, while whole lambs take 2 and a half/3 hours to cook.
- Our experienced chef takes 20 to 30 minutes to carve the meat.
- We recommend serving the lamb straight from the machine to keep it nice and warm, and serving takes around 30 – 45 minutes for up to eighty people.
- We serve our lamb with mint sauce and customers can choose to serve themselves salad and rolls. If customers wish us to marinate the lamb prior to serving this is also possible.
- We clean and clear away, leaving you to enjoy your event.

The pork loin is certainly the most common form of spit roast cooked in the UK – offering all the flavour of a hog roast but in a much shorter time frame.
Although the major benefit of the spit roast is it ability to be adaptable a normal pork loin event would takes the following structure –
- We arrive about 3 hours before serving.
- After our initial set up, the loin takes about 2 hours to be cooked on the spit roast.
- Our experienced chef takes 20 to 30 minutes to carve the meat.
- We recommend serving the pork straight from the machine to keep it nice and warm, and serving takes around 45 minutes to an hour for up to 100 people.
- We serve our pork with an apple sauce and customers can choose to serve themselves salad and rolls. If customers wish us to marinate the pork prior to serving this is possible.
- We clean and clear away, leaving you to enjoy your event
