At Big Roast, the main event is always the meat-feasts that are our hog and lamb roasts. But we like to cater to our clients’ every need, and we know better than anyone how the delicious smell of roasting meat gets the tastebuds going.
That’s why we offer a range of delicious canapés to give your salivating guests something to nibble on and take their minds off the totally tantalizing smells wafting their way… Just like our salads, we have come up with basic and premium canapé menus, so that whatever your budget, you can feast like kings (and queens).
Our basic canapés are £1.20 per item and our premium canapés are £1.40. We reckon that you should offer between 3 -4 canapes per person for pre-meal drinks.
Please note that if you order canapés, you will need to book an extra member of staff to serve them. (This is charged at £15 per hour with a minimum hire time of 4 hours).

Beetroot-cured salmon on pumpernickel bread with dill & horseradish sauce
| Delicious and visually stunning – this gravad lax-style salmon is tinged purple on the outside, and the rich cured salmon is complemented perfectly with a refreshing horseradish and dill sauce.
