Cooked on a smaller charcoal machine, the spit roast can cater for events between up to 100 people but, because of the smaller cuts of meat simultaneously cooking, offers reduced service times.

Some customers holding an event in a residential address without side access to the garden opt for the smaller spit roast machine since the full size hog/lamb roasting machine is too large to transport through to the garden. A spit roast usually takes the following format:

A spit roast can provide all of the flavour of a whole hog event in a quicker more convienient time frame. Although the major benefit of the spit roast is it abiltiy to be adaptable a normal pork loin event would takes the following structure -
1.  We arrive about 3 hours before serving.
2.After our initial set up, the loin takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to be cooked on the spit roast with – and l
3.Our experienced chef takes 30 min to cut the meat from the bone.
4.We recommend serving the lamb straight from the machine to keep it nice and warm, and serving takes around 30 minutes for up to fifty people.
5.We serve our lamb with mint sauce and customers can choose to serve themselves salad and rolls. If customers wish us to marinate the lamb prior to serving this is possible.
6.We wash our spit roast at the customer premises and leave people to their event.A spit roast can provide all of the flavour of a whole hog event in a quicker more convenient time frame. 4.We recommend serving the pork straight from the machine to keep it nice and warm, and serving takes around 45 minutes to an hour for up to 100 people.

5.We serve our pork with an apple sauce and customers can choose to serve themselves salad and rolls. If customers wish us to marinate the pork prior to serving this is possible.

6.We clean and clear away, leaving you to enjoy your event!
