Potato Salad (V) Everyone loves potato salad, and ours is a classic combo of new potatoes, spring onions, parsley in a creamy mayonnaise dressing. 
Tricolour Pasta Salad (V) A real family favourite – pasta twists mixed with red pepper, broccoli and parsley in a yummy vinaigrette dressing. 
Green Leaf Salad (V) A fresh green salad containing mixed seasonal leaves, cucumber, green beans, spring onions and peas with a mild honey and balsamic dressing. 
Rice Salad (V) A colourful salad that tastes as good as it looks – white rice mixed with peas, red pepper, celery, cucumber, and tomatoes – tossed with a zingy vinaigrette dressing. 
Coleslaw (V) A traditional cabbage and carrot coleslaw with added spring onions and a creamy mayonnaise dressing.
