Our delicious burgers, sausages and chicken skewers (marinated in either cajun or BBQ sauce) make up the barbecue options that Big Roast currently offers.

Our waiting staff are available for any event with a minimum hire time of 4 hours at £72. After this we charge £9 per additional half hour, assuming that the staff will leave the event at the same time as the chef. Please note that Big Roast does not supply drinks and the drinks pictured below with our Big Roast waiter were provided by the customer.

We will provide rolls, sauces, gazebos and tables for cooking and serving, and will clear up everything we have used and take it away at the end of your barbecue event – making it as stress-free as possible for you. We catered for Mr Bennett who was organising a party to celebrate his son’s birthday and his new job – so a lamb roast, as well as a barbecue and a variety of our Middle Eastern salads was perfect for the 40 boys on the beers who needed plenty of grub.

Sausages and chicken skewers were cooked on one of our charcoal barbeque machines – we also have gas barbeque machines available for events which can cook up to around 50 burgers at a time. The Middle Eastern salad varieties are one of a number of regionally themed salad options we provide from around the world.
